You don’t have to commit to a structured workout that can feel like a chore and only add to your stress levels, you can choose from yoga, weights, cardio, meditation or aqua sessions based on how you are feeling on the day. The yummy meal plans have been designed by Dr Joanna McMillan and you can watch our interview series with experts who answer your questions and give advice on having a healthy pregnancy.
